How long does it take to get an order?

Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for completion time. All of our products are handmade in our shop and designed with your cat’s needs in mind.

Can I add rope to my cat furniture design?

Absolutely! Sisal rope can be added to any of our designs upon request. However, rope is not a standard feature because not all cats love rope. In fact, in my experience, most cats tend not to prefer it. The primary reason behind this is that rope, while extremely durable compared to carpet, may not fulfill cats' instinctual scratching needs effectively. Cats scratch to sharpen their claws, to remove the extra sheaths on their claw, and to also leave a scent to inform others that this is their territory. And rope doesn’t satisfy these needs. Before opting for rope, consider your cat's age – fully grown cats might not take to it as easily, while introducing it to kittens can help establish positive scratching habits. Keep in mind that while rope is more durable, if your cat doesn't use it, it might not be the best investment.

Do you deliver and/or ship?

Yes, we deliver. Local delivery is $50. Local delivery is available for the Twin Cities Metro area.

We also ship domestically. All Purrniture will be shipped via freight shipping to a residential address. (Shippable addresses include homes, home-based businesses, college dormitories, apartments, and townhouses. Shipments will be made to the building's curb.) Inside delivery is available for a fee of $75.

  • Within two weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation email, you will receive a phone call from the shipping service to set up an appointment for shipment (please confirm the phone number listed with your billing address before you place your order).

  • Please note: Appointments are contingent on the business hours and availability of the shipping service.

  • You must be present to sign for the item at the arranged time.

  • A confirmation number and further details about the shipping service will be sent once your order has been shipped.

What payment methods do you accept?

In-store, we accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Touchless Payment. Online, we accept all major credit cards.

Do you repair or recover Purrniture pieces?

Yes, Purrniture specializes in performing routine repairs on our products and those from other manufacturers, focusing solely on the specific areas that require attention. Please note that we do not offer complete reupholstering services due to the extensive labor involved in stripping down the old piece. Additionally, the presence of hair, dander, and, at times, urine can render the process unsanitary. Send us a picture and we can give you an estimate.

If your furniture requires comprehensive reupholstering, we encourage you to consider our trade-in option. By trading in your current piece, you qualify for a discount on a new item from Purrniture. We have established fixed values for trade-ins of our own products. For pieces not originally from us, we provide a 15% discount on a new Purrniture item when you trade in your current piece. This allows you to seamlessly upgrade your furniture while enjoying cost savings. Salvaged parts of cat furniture are repurposed.

Do you offer a guarantee?

We offer an exclusive four-week Catisfaction Guarantee. If four weeks pass and your cat has not expressed interest in your purchase, simply return it for a full refund. We rarely get a piece returned!
